We are very sorry that you have been unable to register for the online Digital Humanities event.

Due to capacity limits on the interactive sessions and to enable us to make the event safe and enjoyable for the participants, we had to limit the number of registrations. When we opened registration, we had no idea that it would take less than a week for all those places to be taken up, with a waiting list of over 250 people.

This is the first time we have run an online event of this kind for Digital Humanities at Oxford and due to the very altered circumstances we all find ourselves in, we are having to trial different ways of working and learn new technologies and systems as we go.

We fully understand that you may be disappointed not to attend this digital event and that registration wasn’t open as long as we’d hoped. However so that you can benefit from some of the content convenors are generously providing, we are planning to make some of the morning talks available after the virtual event – we’ll let you know when this happens.

We also very much hope to welcome you to Oxford next year for the full Summer School experience. We always inform our mailing list when registration for this opens, so the best way to keep in touch is by signing up to our mailing list, if you haven’t done so already.
